ASSISTANT MANAGER PLACEMENT  – KARACHI CAMPUS

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 16 to 18 years of education in Business Administration or Equivalent from HEC recognized University.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:

1. Preferably 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong database management skills
4. Strong Networking Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1. Bridging gap between industry and Academia through exposing students with latest job/internship opportunities and ensure their placement in market.
2. Coordination with external organizations (potential employers)/HR recruiters and to organize placement related on-campus/off campus recruitment drives. To keep constant follow-up with the employers regarding status of applicant students during the internship/ job selection process.
3. Coordinating with departmental Career Services Coordinators for smooth implementation and facilitation of Students
4. Arranging various Career Development Activities including Job expo’s for students and BUKC Graduates
5. Responsible for maintaining, updating and printing of by-Annual Graduate profiles and their dissemination among potential employers
6. Any other assignment given by the Campus DG/Directors on time to time basis.
